hello problem with sound quality

Hi everybody,

I want use ableton live for producing electronic tracks. I want plug in midi controller (edirol), few VSTi instruments and make music:)
Is it true that sound quality mixdown from ableton got lower quality then for example nuendo?
Do i need only ableton for porducing tracks or something more? f.e. operator?

Please help.

No, Ableton doesn't sound worse (or better) than other DAWs. The is a large thread on the subject right now.
