Real SideChain Compressor
Real SideChain Compressor
Live has among the best routing implementations out there. I can use a variety of compressors to do true side-chaining. But wouldn't it be nice for Compressor II to have this function as well?
side chain for everybody!!!
this is gonna be a major upgrade.

Yes, absolutely!
But I would like to see an option in the I/O section per track, where you could choose audio from (additional for sidechaining only) in a menu, so you wouldn´t need to create always a separate track or a send if you want to sidechain different tracks using the same source.
Thats what I´m really missing.
Greetings

yes the routing options in live are very usable, having this would add more productive options.serotoninsteve wrote: an option in the I/O section per track, where you could choose audio from (additional for sidechaining only) in a menu, so you wouldn´t need to create always a separate track or a send if you want to sidechain different tracks using the same source.
