how do i go back to the tutorials?

ok when i got live i immediately went straight to the DJing part and that has been my only use of live since i got it. not i want to go back and learn how to use the live sequencer so i can put my VSTs in live and start producing through that, problem is i cant find the tutorial sidebars that explain everything anymore. can anyone tell me how i get htese sidebars back up so i can start producing with live?
