live crashing

hey all,

was wondering if anybody can help me. anytime im working in live, then i walk away for a while(15 mins or so to grab a coffe) i come back to live and it wont start. in fact it wont close at all, i have to do the ctl-alt del thing, and even then i have to do it a couple of times. luckily i can save my session before closing. also after i start live again, it will take 5 mins to initialize or it will start fast. i didnt have this problem with 4, but am wondering if its my machine.

my specs
dell 1.87 m-processor
1 gig of ram
80 gig hd (dunno the speed, probably 5400)
live 5
reason3
pluggo
edirol pcr-1 with asio4all
aslo unfotunatley until i get a new lappy, i have to use this machine as my internet computer as well

right now its minor, but it does get on my nerves every now and then. any help?

first thing to do is to see if this is due to a vst plugin.
to check that, temporarily rename your VST plugin folder.
if Live works ok, bring back your plugins one by one and find the culprit.

all of my plugins of pluggo crash live 5.2.2
pluggo 3.5.4

waht can i do ? go back a version or two of pluggo ?
