LIVE HAS GONNE FULL SCREEN!!!

hey all, the other day i was cleaning my laptop's keyboard(apple's powerbook), and it seems that while some keys were puched, Live turned to full screen mode, now i can't see the toolbar and the dock and i have to pres command+tab to get out of it, it's there any way i can solve this, since im unable to get to the help menu. Thanks!!!

bottom right hand corner of the screen there should be alittle yellow tab, click it and it gets you back to normal
