I have Live Lite 5 on a Windows XP computer. Live runs fun but when I access the Live browser/directory on the left side I can see the folders on my external hardrive by artist. But when I click on the folder for each artist it does not show the individual files (MP3, wav, wma) that are on my computer at all in Live. I cannot drag and drop them from Windows explorer either. When I try, as soon as my cursor crosses over the border of the Live application I get a black circle with a diagonal line through it.
I bought this to do remixing for my own enjoyment and the folks at M Audio could not figure it out either...PLEASE HELP...ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE/SOLVED IT?????

Live lite has some limitations: it does not work with mp3 files, and some lite versions, depending on which bundle it comes from, are limited in the bitrate for the wav files, i.e. you can only use 16bits. As mentionned by Longjohns, wma are not supported in Live.
Can't you see any 16 bits wav files from the browser ?
Kind regards,
Amaury
