Is there a reason why that when you control the master tempo by midi, you're limited to the 60-200 bpm range while doing it with arrow keys/mouse you can go 20-999 bpm ?
Just noticed this while working on some 20 bpm soundscapy stuff where I wanted to midicontrol a bpm sweep

You can adjust the range of tempos you want to control via a MIDI controller by adjusting the Arrangement View's tempo range value boxes. Go to the Arrangement View; unfold the Master Track; choose the Tempo automation; below the Automation Choosers, two value boxes appear representing the lower and upper bounds of the tempo to be displayed in the track, and to be controlled via MIDI.
