anyone used the widi vst yet?

hi, has anyone tried the widi (audio to midi) vst in ableton? i tried the demo and cant get to work it right.

had the same problem with widi and live.
I've tested widi with cubase, and at my big disapointment, it wasn't the golden tool for audio midi convertion.
what kind of audio source do you want to convert?

i made some voice to midi experiments... quite good (angel voice needed).
there is an other one called: midifier. this one is only monophonic but an alternative to widi.

Midi has to be routed out of live and then back in. MidiYoke for PC. Or turn on your IAC midi device in AUDIO/MIDI setup for OSX. Send the midi to IAC on the plug in and make it your input for your midi track. That works for mac.
