Ha, guess not! I had not heard of this group until your post.

When I listen back to this music, I hear a band of composers fresh out of music university and trying to push the 20th century classical techniques into a jazz/funk band. I still love that material. We don't perform as much as we should anymore but we all continue to live in Nashville. We have recently created a Tower of Power tribute band, trying to stay very close to the original sound of the band in the '70s. I´ve played jazz for years (18 years) and nowadays I want it harder!
