Mouse and click control with MIDI controller?

Hi everyone,

like the subject ask, is it possible. I think I read user in this forum do this, but I can't figure it out. Basically, I would like to not use the mouse and navigate up,down,left & right, just like with a regular mouse. Also, is it possible to assign the left and right click of the mouse to CC # or midi notes?
