The "sound" of EQ3. Could someone explain?

I stated I would be very keen in the sense that I doubt those freqs exist... If they do, man, I'll eat my hat! I would LOVE to be proven wrong!

With the freqs in the right place EQ3 is transparent as far as I can tell.

i believe M. Breaks would like to know the magic frequencies that make the EQ3 *transparent*, which would be a tall order. it's not so great sounding sometimes, hence i rarely use it.
