Selecting tracks with a midi-controller

Hi Guys,

I hope that you are all well.

Just a quick question, which hopefully is not a dumb one or already been covered elsewhere (I had a look but could not find a topic)

Is it possible to select tracks in Ableton using a midi controller. e.g. assign a button to be able to play a track in session view without having to click on it with the mouse. In essence so that I can leave my computer alone as much as possible?
