running live in slave mode
when live is in slave mode,is it possible to be able to use the same midi keyboard for live as the host/master?or even switch between the 2 without stoping/saving/reopening etc..?i'd like to dedicate live to loops/drums etc...but still have acess to impulse(as most loop cd's include 1 shots) to compliment the loops(all while still being able to use the midi controler in the host).if this is not possible it would be a great new feature for the folks at ableton to add, maybe have a "live vsti" that you could acess via the master ,kinda like FL6 or something.
