AAAAAGHHHH!
let me preface this by saying i have searched this forum for days, thought i had a solution and it turns out i do not. i know there are some other threads on this topic, but this one is special because it is mine!
btw i also posted this in general.
ok, so mp3 support is questionable around here, but i thought i had fixed it in 5.0.3 with the new audioripper.ax...
so today when i finally updated to 5.2, cleared my cache and opened up a set with some mp3s in it i totally expected the jumping waveforms/moving warp marker bug to be gone.
but its not. they said they fixed it and they didnt!!!
this pisses me off to no end. i dont think installing quicktime (i hate quicktime) or whatever is a suffcient fix. yadda yadda yadda.
any advisors? im already converting about 3/4 of everything to wavs, but i was hoping i could leave a few songs as mp3s for the sake of portability.
this box is my work box, not an audio computer, but i feel this should hardly matter.
i transfer proojects back and forth.
