Oxygen 8v2/Live 5 bundle

Post by rbro » Fri Apr 21, 2006 6:36 pm

Does anyone know where to get a decent price on this bundle?

http://www.ableton.com/index/news-archive/oxygen8-v2

I know Ableton had the Triggerfinger/Live bundle listed for $549US and I was able to find it online for $349. The O8v2/Live bundle is listed for $519 on the ableton site, can anyone find it for $3-400 anywhere?

That depends on whether or not you're including the cost of shipping the M-Audio back and forth to get it repaired.
<ba-doom-tsk!!>

Bashing M-Audio is like shooting a barrel of monkies.

Funny, cuz i've owned a Radium 49, o2, and Trigger Finger and have never had a single problem with them.

It really seems like mob mentality around here sometimes. Everyone just piles on M-Audio 24/7! I have their Fasttrack USB interface and it's pretty cheaply made, but it was inexpensive and it works!

I had one conflicting driver issue with my fasttrack pro but other than that M-Audio's cool...just plug that shit up and play

I mean do you really need the creme de la creme of midi keyboards?

get the bundle and get on with making music - people can get so caught up in player hatin, platform dissin' and controller bashin' when in fact they all work and you really need to just open the program and write a jam or two (wink)

With Live 6 coming out soon they might have deals coming up. Can you wait a few months.

M-Audio seems hit or miss, set it and forget it or there's some problems. It's tough to tell, given that they sell more products it could be that you hear more negative things about them. The crazy thing is that they've totally got the 'affordable' market down. I'm looking for an audio card for my laptop and M-Audio has saturated the market with devices.

I don't think the Ozonic has the ability to *uck but then again I've never used one...

I don't know whether to call you a pervert of just someone who missed the S skipped over the D and accidentally hit the F!
