hey, there's a friend of mine that wants to know if one can get in trouble (or get the venue in trouble) if he posts flyers for a gig in random places in DC (on streetlamp poles and traffic light boxes on corners, for example), and/or if that is not the most effective way to advertise. If anyone could let me know, I will let him know.
