changing time from 4/4 to 7/4 in session-mode

i have a liveset, that's mainly in 4/4 - time..

but there is one track, that is timed 7/4 ...

and when i switch to the scenes with this track, the quantization starts to break down.. nothing is synchronized anymore..

what i would need, is to change the main-time from 4/4 to 7/4 .. quite the same way i can change the main-bpm in the different scenes...

any idea ?

unless you set the main time signature to 1/4, you're probably going to have to hope that time signature automation is included in live 6, because it isn't in live 5.

i've been wishing for this... for awhile.

i am in the same boat
i got one track with a bar of 5/4 the rest is all 4/4

so what we ended up doing is unwarping all the 1 bar loops in that
scene, and then actualy slowing the tempo down (using the power
of math) so the clips play at normal speed but then wait an
extra "beat" then the next scene triggers and and the tempo
is sped back up...

really really kludgey, but at least it works.
