Both Views at the same time... :)

With the ability to expand one or the other.
Project 5 v2 has done a really good job in this area.

That alone would get me to upgrade to v6.

Detachable views so we can have one on each monitor would be super.

I think it may be hard to make it work like Project 5 because of the way clips are arranged verticly in Session view. This will not allow the tracks in Arrange view to line up across the screen with the Session clips (which is how it works in Project 5). Although, I guess it may still be useful to have both view on one screen.

Also,
I bet this would be easy for them to implement as far as writing code goes.
This would be a big improvement for 6.0.... or sooner.

so you don't get this:

Screen grab

You can turn it on in the preferences in 5.0.1. Maybe it was removed in 5.2!?

GTFOH!! I'm going to check this when I get home!
I still want to be able to have the Session cells open and the arrangement lanes at the same time. I think that would make drag n drop easier and I like to see the tracks forming while recording.

Ok, ok I'm sorry. i really, really didn't think anyone would buy it. (Particularly as I posted the pic some time ago as a Feature Request.)

You can stop trawling the preferences for this option. This screen layout is only available if you have Photoshop installed. ;) Its also not very functional although it does look nice.

Sorry for any hopes I've just raised and then dashed on the cruel rocks of hoax.
