crashes completely

Hi I currently have Live 5.0.3 and it was working fine for me before but now everytime I try to play something, or do anything it gives me this error

" A serious problem has occured. You should try to save your work under a New Name using the SAVE AS command from the file menu and restart the application".

It's starting to irritate me.

If anyone can help me, that would be great

Check if you are using a specific vst or something in your set...maybe a new one, or something?

yeah i was using sampletank and battery. I'm pretty sure theres nothing wrong with the vsts, but then again I dunno.
