I am a total noob who needs a little help

I bought an M-Audio Black Box that came with Live lite.
I recorded a few tracks and want to post it on the net as an MP3.

I do not have a clue how to mix it but more importantly I want to convert the set to an MP3.

Can anyyone please point me in the right direction?

go to file-.render to disk.

it'll output your set that you've recorded in arrange mode.

what I do is use itunes to convert the rendered wav to mp3
