offset on some tracks

I'm annoyed by some bug that's been there for a while, when you drag and drop many files (like seperate tracks for a remix) with CTRL so that it creates a track for each, some of the tracks are not starting at the beginning , so I have to check every track and stretch to the left, and then putting the track on a bar.
can be tedious, and I don't know why it still does that after all this time
