I'm not going to defend W. While I don't hate the man, I have serious issue with having troops on the Iraq border but not the US border. The SOTU was as phony as could be.

It is politics though...favors are owed etc..that is how lobbying works. It is not the "dark side" of the GOP as much as it is pandering to the "new voter base" and such. Too much reliance on polling and too little balls is the problem. I wish Bush was half the cowboy you all think he is. He is more often than not a moderate on most issues.

I will say this...The Republican Party, the so-called home of conservatives, has come to represent just another approach to big government. The neo-cons clearly control the Republican Party, and have no intention of abiding by the party’s political platform of limited, local government. In fact, ‘neo-con’ doesn’t mean so much ‘new conservatives’ as it means ‘non-conservatives.’ Neo-cons are close cousins of liberals and there is national socialism in both parties..has been for 50 years.

What sort of Republic would this be if it had been founded by the Bushes, Clintons, Kennedys, Bidens, and McCains?”

I can only say, Thank the Lord that God-fearing, freedom-loving men were the ones who wrote out our Constitution. The people in power today aren’t fit to lick the boots of those that established our form of government.

We are past due for starting over in a new political party. The people are past due in taking back their government and restoring what the founders bequeathed us.

That is just my opinion..take it or leave it.

Oh jeez. And people like you are the ones with the guns. Maybe you're right--maybe the rest of us should arm ourselves.

I wasn't THAT drunk... I thought it was a beer nut.

FFE - if you took back the country I'd be Canadian before the inauguration. Sorry but I don't agree with most of what you say. Funny, you're much more in line with our chimpanzee president and even you're disenfranchised. Cheers to the splintering GOP, may she never rise again.

Did you vote for W in both elections?

No, I voted for Tom Tancredo. I knew he had no chance but I wasn't about to vote for Jorge Arbusto when I knew he would unveil his guest worker program...and of course he did right after the election.

So, what is your opinion of the nuke threat to the US? What should be done if the US is attacked with nukes? No comment on the San Diego tunnel that was discovered?

As South Park pointed out..the election usually boils down to these two choices:

well, that sure sums up the fear that spews from people who are afraid of the facts will do nothing but ridicule those who seek the truth.

"If you see someone carrying this book, push them down a flight of stairs"???

that pretty much sums up the fear you have.

This dude says a skeptic wants evidence, yet they are SO afraid of E.H.'s book, that they suggest attacking anyone who would even read it?

you, my friend, are a fascist.

This is nothing but a smear campaign, using editted interviews, and overdubbed insults to try and sway the viewer. On top of that, they completely obscure the ACTUAL evidence.

As much time as you did that, and all of a sudden Penn and Teller will seem like they're the nuts.

Even Stephen Colbert knows about PNAC...

Wonder if Penn has ever heard of Kevin Ryan, or if they only pick on non-expert, amateur researchers?

Penn and Teller are, themselves, part of the conspiracy. It's abundantly clear. Factual. Irrefutable.
