I set some uneffected sine tones as clips. I tried to play, and they overloaded the clip and master levels. No audio.
So, I redid the tones. Set the levels much lower. same thing.
realised that maybe i should have removed the asd files, so Live would re-read the clips.
did that. same thing happens.
i pull the clip gain, and the clip level, all the way down. i can see in the clip info that the waveform SHOULD NOT be overloading, but it is.
The tone is not warped. I have it set as a tone.
any have a suggestion? I admit i'm rather new at this, but i don't think it should be doing that.
