TEMPO & PITCH S/LOWER AFTER RENDERING

any ideas? i cant figure it out.
i finished my mix, went to render it, and both the rendered song and the LIVE track suddenly were like 35& slower and about 2 full notes lower.
please help!!

This is almost certainly something to do with playing the files back at a lower sample rate than that at which it was rendered.

everything was 24 bit 44100 before, rendered to 24 bit, 44100 as well. everything just shifted. if i take the new slower version, i can put it back into live as one aiff track, turn the warp function off and it is exactly one note lower. weird stuff.
