i love my tibook 867 dearly...but sometimes i feel that i made better music with my old roland s550 and a sticky mmt-8....go figure???

right! and the HR-16, all the tascam 4/8-track recording gear we could get our hands on... and a million gtr pedals!
i could go on for ever...and then the multi fx processors came!
but with the same ingenuity of the 4 track days, we now attack Live

My powerbook seems to be working just fine with Live.
Perhaps the dorks posting anti-this & anti-that, and who wait to use older machines can't actually use the Macs to begin with!

I've no idea Alex, but you really have to admit that beats the hell out of carrying a bulky 12" powerbook around with you!

My little G3 800 iBook runs Live quite well. My last Live set was 23 tracks. Of course I'm a bit of a luddite as I'm still using os9. I find osX to be a bit bloated, and I can do everything I need with os9.
