Im not sure if anyone else has requested this but all I ask for is some proper metering with the decibals marked beside it. For the time being Ive been using the inspector AU on the master track when recording/resampling but its a major pain in the ass to swap back and forth between (for instance) if Im sampling out something from reason or any other vst, audio unit, clip whatever the inspector window dissapears (not to mention eats up needless CPU resources). were up to ableton 5.2 and I find it mind blowing that this feature has not been added.... oh and the decible values that appear down in the info bar at the bottom of the live screen dosent cut it..........
How am I too efficiently keep my unity gain structure in check while still maintaining my headroom and my sanity ahhhh madnesss....

We really do need more accurate metering within Live. I'm having to use Inspector from Elemental Audio.
