Upgrade from Live 3 to Live 5 worth it with no midi needed?

Hi guys,

I run Nuendo with Live 3.x in rewire mode on a PC Dual Opteron. I'm on the bleeding edge with regards to RAM and CPU on many of my projects (film related). Is there any real benefit from upgrading from Live 3.x to Live 5.x when I only intend to use the audio component of Live??

Or, is the LIVE 5 so bloated and slow and 'not optimized' that it would be better for me to stay in Live 3.x??

Any help would be greatly appreciated in this regard.,

Stick to whatever works.

but .. maybe you can find your computer in the Live 5 Performance Test results.
