Bummer: Grouped Operator + FX deletes envelopes

When you drag a new group into a track, are the evelopes suppose to disappear? That would make sense if it was a group that contained a collection of devices that didn't match what was currently loaded. But if the group contains one or more devices that match what is currently loaded, shouldn't the envelope values for that device remain intact?

In my case, I have an Operator and Delay group loaded. I have a bunch of envelopes setup for Operator's Tone control.

When I drag in a different group that contains an Operator and an EQ Three, the envelopes for Operator's Tone disappear.

So... is this a feature request, or a bug report?
