Just a thought... maybe you should tell us the size of the file. Just saying it's "very large" will probably discourage listeners.

one is 54mb and the other is 17mb. Any advice how to cut down the file size would be appreciated.I've tried all manor of rendering and I can't get a 4min song to be under 17mb.

Assuming you've got iTunes...

Import your AIFF into iTunes. Now open up the iTunes preferences, go to the Advanced page and select the Importing tab. In the Import Using dropdown choose MP3 Encoder and in the Setting dropdown choose Good Quality (128 kbps).

Now find the song you imported in the iTunes library, right (ctl) click the file and select Convert Selection to MP3. The resulting mp3 file should be about one tenth the size of your AIFF.

Hope this helps.

Checked out Winter and The Last Polar Bear. I thought they were both quite well done. Nice retro synth pop sounds, good progression and variety, memorable melodic work. Listening on phones but the mix sounded fine. Good stuff, thanks for sharing!
