From early stages of Live till my 1.5 version I did experienced quite low output volume (PBG3, PBG4) compare to regular set of emagic/vst/reaktor/pt sofwares which I do use simultaneusly with Live on PowerBooks as well. My friend with PC has similiar comments to it. I guess quite an ISSUE for a lot of people using portables for a gigs. Is it anything we can expect improved in the next update? It just does not have that punch.

This is definitely an issue - I was doing something live last night, switching between Live and iTunes, and I had to have iTunes turned way down to match the levels.

Hello,
Currently, Live has a headroom of -6dB for the stereo out which is used as master. (You can see it by comparing the levels in the master and the bus view).
It is planned to make this headroom value adjustable in the next major release.
regards,
Alex
