i think there should be a way to view EQ's or other common track settings for all tracks at once, to facilitate mixing down a song.

maybe a more general solution would be to provide some way to view multiple Live FX windows (from different tracks ) at the same time?

Yes, you're right. Sometimes, it's a bit tricky to monitor everything when you can't see everything, especially in a live context... Expanding the general Live window on two screens could be a part of the solution too, with a new window arrangement too.
