Asio Problems (windows XP-Hyperthreading?) AnyoneRunning3GHZ

I'm running 2.1.2 & I've just upgraded my machine To a 3 GHZ P4 on an Intel D865perl board & now I'm experiencing Breaking up audio with asio drivers. My hunch is that it's something to do with hyperthreading but I also know someone who's using an modern asus board without hyperthreading who is also having asio problems with Live. Asio is working fine with SX and reason 2.5 But I also note that reason will no longer work properly under rewire with SX.So Maybe it's something to do with rewire more than asio? Actually no, more like the interaction of the 2.Thanx 4 any replies, hope your all having fun out there!

you could try disabling the hyperthreading in your bios just to check it's not that before you suspect anything else. There's not much software that can make use of it anyway at the moment.
