What's the deal with Live Delta?

I am looking to Live as my DAW with a Firewire 410.
It ships with Live Delta as a part of M-Audio's "Maximum Audio Tools."

My question is:
How useable is this? I would to some basic tracking, FX, before dropping the cash for the full thing. If the "Delta" version of Live is usable, I may wait until Tracktion comes to a full release for OSX and then compare the two.

Is anyone out using or has used this version?

i am using it now, but i am still learning everything. i can't figure out how to insert drum loops into the program. i am running it on a 17" imac and it runs beautifully. no problems at all. except the drum thing, that is. damnit.
