Windows XP screen resolution change...

i usually run my XP machine on 600x800 but change it to 768x1024 resolution to work in live.
If I have already started live 3.0 in 6x8 and switch the resolution to 1024.768 from the control panels, Live does not redraw and has to be shut down and relaunched.
I did not have this problem in live 1.5.2
