I just checked the samples from here - and there were no problems both Windows Media and Quicktime. What kind of error are you getting?

Hi,

Are you by any chance behind some sort of firewall or NAT?

Same error here, on OSX 10.4.5 and Safari. You guys doesn't deal often with a mac, don't you? If the video has the same quality (i.e. isn't tested under different OSes) then no, thanks...

Yes we deal with Macs - I tested the videos on a Mac yesterday here and they were fine - I also tried them on my PC (both Quicktime and Windows Media) and no problems. My computers are in Japan and the servers are in the U.S - I am not trying to make it sounds like 'It is your machine' - but I cannot find anything when looking for this issue. That video has been streamed over 1200 times.

That's ok. We mac users are used to being the "red-headed step child" of the computing world. Test out your linked files with Safari 2.0.3 and OS 10.4.6 and get back to us....if you care :)

I check them yesterday but I am not 100% sure which Safari and OS it was - my Mac is in the middle of a move so I dont have access to it now.

Ok, i've got it: the link on your main page (the ableton one on the right side) leads to a nearly empty download page for the examples and here we got the error. If you try http://swavideo.com/?page=videos directly then all looks great. Think i'll give the tut's a try now;-)
