bit depth error in live...

hi. i'm a new user of ableton and this board. i was dropping some old clips that were created in cool edit pro. some worked, and some gave the error:

[Bit depth (4 bits per sample) is not supported for WAV files.]

the only difference i can tell between the ones that loaded and the ones that didn't, is that the errored clips were in stereo. is this the problem? or is it something else entirely?

It might be the header of the file or a certain compression. You can send us a small non-working file and we can probably fix it for a later update.
