after 6.4 they removed the HUI and Mackie and a bunch of others that
live in the /Applications/Digidesign/Pro Tools/Controllers folder.

i still don't understand why you'd be setting up a midi device in
the AMS to make Pro Tools see the Project IO for audio.

but anyways. pro tools is garbage, you are better off without it.
