Any fix for Core Audio yet Ableton? Live3.1?

We all know the problems with using live in OSx with Digidesign hardware.

22ms of fixed overall latency WHICH BLOWS!!
inability to de-activate uneeded I/o's

Any news yet Ableton? I'd really like to know when I will be able to use Live in OSX.
Live3 in OS9 Rocks!!!!!!!!!

I can't use Live in OSX live with these major drawbacks. If I didn;t have os9 on my computer I would be really really pissed off by now. OSX has been shipping with macs for like 2years now. WHAT'S THE DEAL?
