can any track be warped to any bpm eg. 135bpm made into 138bpm`s ?

Yep. Especially using the complex algorithm.
If you deviate too far from the original tempo, it will start to sound odd, though. You're probably safe within 15-20% of the original tempo, unless you're willing to accept artifacts.

That is sort of the point with warping....
To be able to play a track or loop at another tempo.

I've been experimenting with re-pitch warping a track beyond 20%, then rendering to disk and opening it in my audio editor (cooledit - old, I know, but it does a great job). Then pitching it down without effecting the tempo...
Ever heard Snoop Dogg "What's My Name" at 140bpm with no chipmonking?
