Hmm.. I defenetly hear Break In´s bassline from Skalpel

It might landed on your hard drive somehow after the rmx contest a few years back. And I think the sax and bassline arent too complement. So lose the bass. Very nifty drum programming! (or is it a loop?)

your drumwork is excellent but i would try to find more obscure sounds.. or of course make them yourself by buying a mic, a cheap drumkit, a bassguitar and a sax player

or invite musicians, record them and chop them up. easiest and cheapest solution

dammit, man you sure know your stuff. that really is the break in bass loop. i filtered it, i switched a few notes between them to mask it, and you fucking caught me. haha props for that.

the drums are programmed yes.

and i don't think i know what you mean with the sax and bass line. you're saying they don't fit well together?

hmmm, this track is due for a re-master anyway and i'll look into it

...... its not that its out of tune but i think the bass and the sax have too much contrast. Making basslines (in this kind of music) is the hardest part (I think)

Who is them ? Who cares what Ishkur wrote?? (who is he anyway? is he like a Sample God?)
... just find your own samples
ripping a Skalpel bassline and calling it yours is lame & lazy
sorry but thats my opinion... and not only mine, I can guarantee you that
