i think this belongs in "General"

why is that when you click warp for a track or clip in arrangement view, the start marker, first warp marker and loop marker automatically snap together, and ALTERNATELY, in session view, the loop marker does not want to snap to the first markers...

I realize that i do not need the loop marker to be locked with the first warp marker, but since i'm still using the mouse and keyboard to loop, i'm only needing to loop the first few bars of any track...

In my opinion, at first click of the warp button in clip view, the behavior of all markers should be the same whether working in arrangement or session view...

I hope I am overlooking something and this feature is useful to others...

Also, for a sidenote, randomly, when i click above the first audio track in arragement to jump the playback to that point, i will click once and it will perform the action twice... ie: if I have the trigger delay set to 4 bars, i will click once and 4 bars later it it triggers that same spot whether the mouse is still over that spot or not... but only on the powerbook, never the macbook - both 5.2

this is not really an issue, but just weird... and now that I re-read what I wrote, "randomly" should have been explained as that it only happens once in a while...

and i don't think it's a mouse issue because I tested it on the macbook...

just wondering if it happens to anyone else... but the first question is more important...

I don't know the answer to this question but I would retitle your subject something like "strange marker behavior in arrangement" to attract an answer.
