Changing clip automation changes global parameter settings

i dont know if this is wanted... but when i create a clip automation for example for the cuttoff of a vst synth in session view and then delete it again by pressing undo the parameter for the cutoff in the synth has changed..

it's still changed in the other clips as well then and there's no way to return to the exact parameter settings (not even by doing the undo action) which the synth had before that single clip automation was changed..

this happens as soon as any parameter is touched by the envelope of clip automation..

and one more thing, why are the parameters in clip automation always by default at the top?

maybe i'm doing sth wrong (please correct me) but for example:

i'm having a reverb sent to a return channel and want to send a bit more at the end of a clip.. in the automation i only can reduce the global send parameter because the red line is by default at the top, if it was in the middle by default we would be able to reduce the send amount or boost it by using the clip automation.

at the moment my solution is to put the line of the clip automation to the middle and then lift the global one a bit up to balance it back.. but that's very imprecise due to the fact that no number values can be seen.

and when i do this i have to change the automation the middle in all clips i play before in order not to have it set to the max all the time untill i play that clip that changes the automation..

..hmm maybe my explanation is bit hard to understand
