I am working on a song using a clip which is mapped to a MIDI note range. I have put the Launch Mode on 'Trigger' and Quantization at 'None". When I record the part it sounds good but when I play back the thing I just recorded, the notes decay much faster.

I already reported this a while ago and recieved a response from Gerhard. He responded:
"Thanks to the Live Set you sent, I was able to reproduce the
bug. I need to do some more work on it but I think it is fixed."
It's not fixed in this bugfix 3.0.1 Any ideas when this will be solved?
still a bug in 3.0.1: problem with legato
Hi Raapie,
thanks to the Live Set you sent us, we were able to fix a nasty bug-- but apparently not the one you meant! The bug we found and fixed is about clicks at the end of the bass notes in your Set. The clicks would only occur for clips in the Arrangement, not in the Session View (the clicks are more obvious when the Chorus in that track is off). I figured this out when analyzing your Set and reading your report about differing decay times for Session clips and the recorded results. If you don't mind e-mailing me your phone number, we can talk about this on the phone to make sure we talk about the same thing.
Best,
Gerhard / ableton
