No effects presets

Hi all

When I purchased Live 5.2 and installed it I noticed that no effects presets got installed. I tried a reinstall and this still didn't help.

Any suggestions?

Just noticed that I don't have any of the lessons either...can anyone help?

Hello,

You should go to the Preferences, Products pane, and see if "Live 5 Essentials", "Live 5 lessons" are installed. If yes, de-install them and install them again, by choosing "search for more Live packs". If they are not there, proceed to the last step directly.
