Quantized Midi notes not sounding....

Midi notes quantized to the downbeat of a measure won't sound if I start from that measure. I have to start a measure before to get them to play. Is there a simple fix to this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Are you using Live 5.03?
If so, update......
