Your a 'dumb fool' with conviction, I gotta respect that. I see your point about the vulnerability of the court system to collusion. Job market? Not so much. Good ol' boys club, for sure. I blame the number of lawyers to a very litigious society. It's a common joke for people to laugh at the fine print, 'looks like the lawyers were here.' Stuff like all the fast food lawsuits, fingers in chili, spilling hot coffee, the food made me fat, etc. Seems pretty obvious to me.

the "seperation of church ad state" isn't in the constitution at all!
