Well in the "World" of psychadelic trance music the list of succesful artists (if you measure success by number of releases, which isn't all that accurate IMO) can be found at:

if you mean a single guy making music with electronic stuff and no instruments or musicians I guess it's Aphex Twin - AFX (Richard d. James) ... even if he's not been releasing good stuff for a while now.
