Here's three tracks full versions of tracks from my new EP, collectively called "Threads" arranged and recorded in my home studio, mastered by the one and only Mr Chris MacCormack... all comments welcome, cheers!

This is good stuff.
Not sure if I would buy it on vinyl because I have crates of things similar to this: Dave Angel, Joris Voorn, etc. and I'll never even get to play all the ones I have.
As listening material, it probably needs more breaks & variations.
I've been thinking lately that all techno songs should have multiple versions.
One driving steady one with pure drum intros to DJ with, and at least one more with more breakdowns and less drums for around the house.
I mean it's pretty easy to make multiple versions in the arrange screen, right?
C'mon, just a few more days of your life....

Ha ha yeah I know what you mean.. I'm always torn between pacing the track for DJs but having it listenable too where it doesn't start to do one's nut in when listening alone.djastroboy wrote:This is good stuff.

But in saying that, when I listen to techno in my car and at home I generally appreciate the loopy stuff that goes on for a while, which you can trip out to.
Guys like Hertz and Marko Nastic do it all the time and I love their stuff.
But two versions is certainly worth thinking about, I might just do that ... thanks again for the comments man !

nice production skillz
maybe a bit monotonic but good stuff!
I like the subtile-ness of singularity a lot... almost a kind of rhythm & sound basic channel kinda stuff, which I love and goes so well with this weather we are having these days.
yep still listening; singularity my absolute favourite!
awesome track.
hit me up when the mp3 is available> I'll buy!

Hey Mark, thanks for the comments, much appreciated.
I've checked out your stuff before (maybe last year some time) and enjoyed it .. but hadn't heard your new material. The stuff you have on your myspace is really gorgeous, forward-moving stuff, and nice and dynamic too.. I'm really feeling it.... Sylvia Saint is tight ! (there's a phrase that probably doesn't get said too often
) Do you master the stuff yourself?

The curle-records one got mastered by N.e.w.s, which does "musicman" as well, so they all sound pretty tight. Thanx
hit me up when those mp3's are available!
You got a label yet for it?

No label for my tracks as yet, I haven't spent a whole load of time getting the tracks out there yet... and had been considering releasing the stuff on my own, whether I've got the time to do that at the moment remains to be seen !
Cheers Mark !
