I recommend a search it will reveal more than I can tell you. However have alook into Faderfox controllers, I love mine. My UC33 and UC17 are reasonable devices too.

What I would recommend is to try to work out how you work with Live for a couple of weeks before deciding on a controller. Some controllers will suit the way you work more than others and we all seem to use Live in different ways.

Ah ok.

I say that partly because I'd find the DJ2 a bit lacking in channels. It's designed for Traktor users really. I like the LV1 I have and the LV2 is pretty nice. There's a new Faderfox coming (apparently), I'm looking forward to that. I don't have any more details than that...

after reading some more reviews on said controllers, I see what you mean!

How do you find the lack of a crossfader on the LV's??

The LV1 I have has one. The crossfader is a little lacking in Live imo though. No curve adjust.

This new Faderfox apparently has a crossfader (ok I did have a little more info :) ).

Alas the LV1 is no longer available.

That small Kenton is something I'm looking forward to.

Very nice, if basic cheap controller. I started using this and if you map it carefully it's ok for three tracks. I'd be tempted by a UC33e though instead as it's similar but you can do Mackie Control emulation on that (I have the UC33, no 'e' and I can't do that I don't think).
