Can't Adjust Breakpoint Envelopes accurately

I am using live 5 and I have a tempo change. I am using the Song Tempo envelope on the master track to make the change. When I try to click and drag the breakpoints i can not get it to the exact number I want. I hold down the control key (mac) to fine-tune it but it still isn't fine enough to get it on the exact bpms. Is there any way to set the EXACT bpm I want? PLEASE HELP!!!
